How do we calculate the offer?

Our Requirements for Subcontractors:

We collaborate only with VAT-registered companies, based on a firm contract. Vehicles and drivers must meet high standards to ensure safety and efficiency.

​​

  • Transport license: mandatory for 3.5-ton vehicles; from 2026 an international licence will be required for all vans.

​

  • Vehicle type: curtain-side van (tilt) with minimum capacity of 8 euro-pallets, in excellent technical and aesthetic condition, with valid technical inspection.

​

  • Capacity: at least 800 kg payload and 8 pallets.

 

  • Mandatory equipment: active GPS monitoring; from July 2026, smart tachograph version 2 for recording driving and rest times.

​

  • Insurance: valid CMR insurance with at least €30,000 coverage.

 

  • Qualified drivers: experience in international transport (advantage); knowledge of an international language (English/German) is a plus, but not mandatory. We fully comply with EU rules on driving times and driver posting.

​

  • Other: vehicles must be authorised for EU goods transport, with a maximum authorised weight of 3.5 tons.
